Loyalty details
Points reduce eligible product value after discounts, not delivery charges or excluded fees. Checkout keeps at least £1.00 payable through the normal payment flow.
Guest checkout does not automatically earn points. Points are linked to the verified account, cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, and are not earned on any part of an order paid with loyalty credit.
Refunds, failed payments, expired checkouts or cancellations may reverse points. Points do not currently expire; this page will be updated if that changes.
